Scallops are $17.95US/lb right now where I live. There are very good and clean but too much $$.

Ouch, Eric. Yeah, that’s high. I haven’t gotten any scallops for a long time; years. Restaurant Depot has dry scallops for $11.89/lb. - might give them a try.
