Hello, I have been a lurker for a while.
I started Keto March of 2017. Then fell off the wagon for a bit. I let myself get derailed with the holidays. But it solidified some things in my mind which will be helpful I think. I thought I could do moderation when it came to all the sweets and breads that have been traditional in my family. Wrong!
So for the last week I’ve been back to Keto. Eating mostly bacon, eggs, butter, cheese, avocado, sausage. Very few veggies for now. It’s amazing how quickly some aches and pain and headaches snuck back while I was off the wagon. But those things are nearly gone again after just a week!
So, I’m hoping to spend more time here and stay on track! Thanks for the podcasts!
