In 2 weeks, dizzy and sweat spells....?

hello all. So I started this diet on 1/2. I lost 3 pounds which might be just water weight in the first week, but have remained the same…

What is happening as of yesterday is I get dizzy and start getting sweaty about an hour after waking up. I have to eat something and then usually feel better, (I never ate breakfast before that), then I get hungry again rather quickly and get this severe brain fog. Keto strips said 40 mg (moderate).

Breakfast was some cottage cheese and an egg, lunch was a red pepper, an avocado, and an egg. Dinner will prob be chicken breast, with cheese, and zoodles.

I’m 5’6" and 130 lbs, trying to get my prepregnancy weight back of 115. pastries and cheesecake were my weakness so i know i consumed a lot of sugar (i never did like pasta or breads)

Who’s had this and when can I see some energy? Thanks!

Sounds like you may need more salt.
