Improved Endurance

Early March…could make it about 2 min on the elliptical.

Couple of months later…could push it to 10 min

Today…30 min = 2 miles :hugs:

Just to be clear, I did not do this regularly by any means, we’re talking maybe once per month, so the endurance is not from exercise training.
