Not necessarily - light olive oil is much lower in omega 6 than common seed oils so cold pressed or not they’re still an OK choice

Well I am Italian and that light Bertolli looks to me like a smart repackaging of oil at third extraction or worse.

However it may appear to your finely tuned Italian eye it was tested in a lab & found to be very low in omega 6 & thus much less harmful to human health than soybean oil & the like. Whether you use it or not is of course your choice.

Yeah they use benzine and then they let it vaporise to extract that thing. Your choice.
I don’t think EVOO of Bertolli is cold pressed either for that matter. But at least it’s a first extraction. Less benzine, I assume.
