I'm trying to make beef frank sausage at home

Can you make it by only using a food processor? I mean texture wise
I don’t wanna bother with a meat grinder as long as it does a decent job

I know what you mean about not wanting to bother with the grinder if you don’t have to. Give the food processor a try. I’m sure it will taste okay, even if the texture might be better with a meat grinder, though.

Do you have a KitchenAid mixer?

For $30 (if you are in the USA) you can buy an attachment that grinds AND stuffs sausage casings and doesn’t take up much space…

I use mine all the time.

I haven’t bought store sausage since I got that attachment. No weird ingredients or added sugar - just meat and spices!
