Hurrah! I don’t think I’ve been merely overweight for almost a decade, pretty good seeing as not even a year ago I was morbidly obese, I know BMI is pretty much bollocks but I’ve gone down from 44 to 29. Livin’ la vida keto :bacon::cut_of_meat::cheese::fried_egg::green_salad:
