…which is to say, I wake up around 8-10, have a good sized breakfast… either a bunch of bacon or sausage, or Salmon (LOVE Salmon for breakfast 5 or 6 jumbo eggs, of which I will only keep one or two whites… My 20oz mug of double strength coffee… Then I’m off and running
Have to remind myself to eat dinner around 4 or 5, because if I don’t think about it, (or if I’m busy with something else) I’ll forget to eat !
So I try to eat a big, fat dinner. Favorite is a 20 oz Ribeye, a good helping of green veggies, and some kind of fat bomb desert which my GF often makes… then I’m good for another 14 to 18 hrs.
This ^ is just unheard of for me ! I’ve always been a freaking pig ! I could eat a massive gut busting meal, and be looking for sweets or just flat out, more food, within a few hours.
When I was body building, I was eating 3800 cals or so just to break even. But I could (and often did) eat 5000+ cals on many days, and I was still freaking starving ! In fact, being uncomfortably hungry all the freaking time, was one of the only downsides of that time period in my life.
Anyway, I guess they call this fasting… But its starting to feel like a normal, easy, automatic thing for me.
Unfortunately, I have chores to do today, but tomorrow, I think I’ll go climb a mountain
