If you're a slow caffeine metabolizer, what about green tea and yerba mate?

#1

I’m a slow caffeine metabolizer, knew that long before I did my genetics but in the case of most pre-workouts their main punch is always caffeine, I found one that combines caffeine, green tea, and yerba mate. If I’m slow on the caffeine would those be affected as well? Can’t google my way into anything on that.

I could be wrong, but caffeine is caffeine. It has a half life of almost 6 hrs. That means if you ingest 200mg at noon, 100mg is still in your body at 6pm…and 50mg still in at midnight.
There ARE lower caffeine coffees at around 50-60mg per cup and yes, much lower teas. Green = 20-45mg White tea = 6-60mg Yerba is quite high, at around 85mg.

I found decaffeinated green tea (Great Value) at Walmart.
