Mmmmmm lovely, I cooked some tonight on a tray with a wire rack, no onions or water, what you’re left with in the bottom of the pan is lovely delicious fat that can be stored for later use.

I also thought cooking without the added carbage would be just as tasty. I literally drooled when I saw the crispy skin with the beautiful fat layer underneath, who needs the meat!

This looks perfect! Have you tried it? I have never tried keto ‘gravy’. But the apple cider flavor would be delish.

I haven’t tried this recipe but I have roasted pork belly. If you have done one yet you should give it a try. It’s really wonderful!
