(Omar) #495

thanks
this thread has been entertaining and healing

#496

I know, right? I love this thread. Makes me smile

(Kirk) #497

Yeah, the concussion episode was my favourite. “Don’t mention the war!”

#498

Yeah, it’s an “occupational” hazard around here.

(Mike Glasbrener) #499

If we get enough some of them could be cotangents?

(Melis Jansen ) #500

I’ve never seen the Dresden Files. He was named after Butters from South Park.

(Jane) #501

Yes, the coroner and I wondered the same thing.

(Jane) #502

The TV series wasn’t very good but I really enjoyed the books.

(TJ Borden) #503

There’s South Park books? I think you’d need the audiobooks to really get the nuances of the characters.

(Empress of the Unexpected) #504

I think she went off in a huff!

#505

I would say she left because this thread isn’t relevant to her any more.

It was a good discussion to have though, never hurts to self reflect, even if one may not agree. However, as the OP, I wouldn’t bother responding to a thread that has gone so far off the rails either.

I’m not criticizing, I quite enjoy this thread and its random tangents, but I will give the OP the benefit of the doubt.

Was it ever, though? #philosophy101

As someone in the hospitality industry, Basil Fawlty seems a little less ridiculous to me every day.
