It’s early morning. I’m sitting in the kitchen sipping black coffee–and sweating. It’s already warm outside and today will be a scorcher. Then, duh, it dawns on me, I have whipping cream and stevia, so how about ice coffee. It’s nice to have that drink back.
I tried a bit of sugar free chocolate and a few drops of vanilla extract in the ice coffee. It wasn’t bad but not a great leap forward. Anyone have suggestions for flavoring ice coffee?
