Excellent, my only criticism is I would personally change want to need! But well done! Only reason I say is want makes me think past satiety!

True. It’s hard to overeat fat though. In fact I tell people who are struggling with cravings and hunger to start eating a stick of butter and see how far they get. Generally everyone will be full before they finish that stick of butter as it switches on/off all of the right hormones. It’ll get you some weird looks from coworkers, but it’ll squash hunger like no other.

That’s definitely a fair assessment! I guess I just look at it as far as my weight loss! If I eat fat til I am stuffed I tend to not lose as much weight as if i stop when I feel full! But personally that’s just me. I could totally overeat fat. I’ve seen some say they stop and can’t eat more but I’m one of them I could eat more fat. Maybe I’m just strange lol!
