I want to run so bad I can't hardly stand it

Been keto since mid January and LOVING IT! Starting to get the energy bursts! I did a half marathon back in September and can’t wait to start running again… the next one I do I want to run at leas 50% or more of!

Only problem, got 2 weeks of tax season crunch left…

So I have to content myself with my dance moves at my standing desk…

My poor office mates!!!

Happy energy spikes!!!

I too have gotten energy spikes. I typically spend an hour or two on the elliptical a day to help relieve some of that pent up energy, it’s also helped speed up my weight loss too.

I started running again about 6 weeks after starting keto. I used to run a lot before gaining a bunch of weight, and I really missed it. Although I felt really excited to start running again, I took it slow and did a modified C25K program (running for only 1-2 min, then walking 4-5 min). That was in October, and I just ran 5 1/2 miles last weekend and felt great. Yay for keto!
