Been keto since mid January and LOVING IT! Starting to get the energy bursts! I did a half marathon back in September and can’t wait to start running again… the next one I do I want to run at leas 50% or more of!
Only problem, got 2 weeks of tax season crunch left…
So I have to content myself with my dance moves at my standing desk…
My poor office mates!!!
