I think his flow chart says it all.

There is a commercial I always hear on talk radio and goes like this
*What if your heart could reward you for good decisions. (women’s voice) I think instead of cooking vegetables in butter i’ll use some heart healthy vegetable oil (the heart says) "your amazing"

At the end they say it was brought to you by the Canola industry. It drives me crazy each time I hear it.
