So I have been trying to keto since Jan 8th (fell off the wagon the first 3 weekends), and below is my weekly weight:
Jan-8: 266.4
Jan-15: 261.4
Jan-22: 259.0
Jan-29: 258.0
Feb-6: 251.6
I have a bad habit of jumping on the scale each morning and have been pretty discouraged for the last couple weeks. This weekend though, I lost ~3 lbs on each day. I thought that couldn’t be right and ran out to buy batteries for my scale, lol.
This is really what I needed to not lose hope. This muggle is starting to believe in the magic
