Before I was fat adapted even before I started carrying mail, I had a different job.

I only wish I had known then what I know now. I would have eaten a WHOLE lot more of that smoky fat goodness!meatonspit

Well I dont get to do it that way anymore, on an open campfire. I have a smoker behind the house now. Everytime I go to check the meat I shave off a hunk of fat just for me!
