I last heard those words about 29 years ago. In my closet, every single day since my Wedding Shirt has been on a hanger. Today for grins I wanted to see how far away i was from wearing it. Wow the 80’s are BACK, and I wore my Wedding Shirt to Work! I called it Flash-back Friday! Added bonus NSV, it was a little Big for me!
Everyday brings joy, all you have to do is wake up!
Awesome job! I was able to get into my wedding dress recently too. It’s a wonderful milestone, congrats! 
So very true! At any moment there is so much Life to live - and with a well-nourished brain, joy is much more able to function in our daily life.
Ideally, we get to point of being so alive that it nourishes us even when we’re not eating or when we’re navigating stressful times or just navigating the world in general.
It’s really a tragedy that access to good fats and fat-adaptation is an industrial culture illness for many folks. I like to imagine this changing - for keto/LCHF starting to be embraced by public health, school menus, community potlucks, and such!
