I need help from fish-eaters))

I realized I wasn’t eating enough fish. Can you tell me your favorite recipes?

Have you tried looking in our Recipes forum? Another way would be to do a forum search on “fish” and see what comes up.

I had no idea there was a minimum amount

There is an opinion that fish should be eaten a couple of times a week to replenish omega3

I Hate fish, don’t eat it and don’t worry about it. :slightly_smiling_face:

For what’s it worth…we do eat fish once a week because we like it (Mahi Mahi). We also supplement with (liquid) fish oil, 1 tsp per day. I also make Tuna Patties once a week…again, because I like them.
You can search on here for great recipes or look on-line and find countless Ketogenic recipes! Good luck!

Followed a person on Twitter who never ate fish, and got a great O3/O6 ratio, but she also ate a lot of grass fed everything.

I’m not a big fish lover, though I do eat it at times. I’ve gone through phases, sometimes eating a lot of fish, and other times (like now) not.

I’ve often wondered if an O3/O6 ratio is that important for low carb/keto people, given that all of the evidence for this ratio is done with high carb people.

This is my favorite fish recipe and you can use any kind of fish

There’s a belief carbs are healthy too, but we know otherwise.
