I can buy clotted cream in Australia and it’s made in Australia not imported from the mother country. Double cream is easier to find and just as good.

It can’t get any easier than pouring a quart of cream into a pan and cooking it overnight at 200 F and then refrigerating it for another day. That’s it!

I even used the ultra-pasteurized cream since that is all I could find and it still came out just fine. Yum. Yum.
