Yup.I did it. And felt great. Didn’t feel like I needed to hide my body as neighbors walked their dogs. My self confidence is back. I feel great.

Way to go! I think you hit a goal many of us (guys) are working toward. OK … maybe not mowing the yard shirtless … how about something more leisurely shirtless…

Apologies if that was taken the wrong way. I was simply referring to something (i.e. going out to get the mail, taking the dog out, etc.) than didn’t involve mowing the yard. Where I live, it can be oppressively hot 9 months out of the year and in the Springtime when it typically doesn’t rain, you can raise a dust cloud with a mower.
