I miss booze!

I miss a glass of Cognac on a cold winter night (as cold as we get in Vegas). I miss my Rye Whiskey. I miss a nice glass of red wine with a steak.

Now I’m not talking anymore than say two servings which for my carb goal wouldn’t be a big deal. But I’ve read when consuming alcohol it effects your livers effectiveness on burning fat and based on this I haven’t wanted to take myself out of fat burning mode (other than on Thanksgiving).

Does anyone have any links to any studies promoting a couple of drinks once a week while on keto?
