NSV story: Ive been keto-ing since July 2. I love the food, I love the flavors and tastes but hunger issues and feeling tired has been in my trials for the past few weeks. I keep tweaking my diet to find what works for me. I got a KetoMojo meter and Im in ketosis 1.0 every time I test. Im eating enough calories. Im having some weight gain at 1500 average calories for 5’7 260 lbs???
Why still tired and emotionally hungry and a bit of weight gain?
My cute KetoMojo reminded me of how anemic I am! The HCT and Hb levels… if normal range is 13 I had a 5 and normal HCT 37% and Im at 14%. So I got a few vitamins and in 24 hours and two doses of some iron the MAGIC has happened!
Fasting = piece of cake!
