Nice!!! I just spent more than $100 on this — had to order from Japan — to replace the same model I bought a bazillion years ago for $15:

It is amazing, and I still use the old one too, even with chunks of the blade missing lol… I bought SO many cheap knives over the years that just wouldn’t get sharp and then found that old Sugimoto in a drawer. Finally decided to spoil myself and get the new one. I expect it to last the rest of my life, so it’s worth it.
