I have a first date... what to drink?

I think a lot of regular guys think picking at food or not eating is tedious after a while. I remember when I was young and doing that. I think it took away from the experience for them, and they were just normal guys wanting to go out and enjoy a meal together.

Awww, thank you Marianne! That’s very sweet of you.
However, date two was the last. Just not a great fit. And I’m not in a hurry. I’ve got a good life and I’m happy and especially now that I’ve dropped 25 pounds, I’m feelin’ even better!

I don’t blame you, I’d break it off with a Scotch drinker, too!

Sounds like you are in a great place!

I was single until I was 43. Always been a relatively solitary person, although I do enjoy seeing my friends on occasion. I never minded my own company. Always had a dog, too, and they make wonderful companions. Add a bright spot to every day and can teach us so much.
