It’s messing up my skin!

Panicking!!

Will this restriction set off a binge?

Currently my fridge has

  • Mozzarella shreds
  • Mozzarella balls (two)
  • sliced cheddar
  • sour cream (2)
  • heavy cream
  • cream cheese (2)
  • Parmesan (2)

I have to throw it all out😭
I need support.

This is the stuff that got me over when I was too lazy to meal prep.

How do you know it’s the dairy?

Milk will do that to me but I do OK with cheese & cream. You may not have to give up all dairy - I’d cut them one at a time & see how you go.

Do you have confirmed dairy issues? Or is this speculation?

Kinda speculative. But my skin had gotten really clear on Keto before I started with all this dairy.

ONE DAY without dairy and this months-old persistent zit is down by more than half!! And that rough textured skin I’ve been experiencing (I had bought some exfoliating cloths) is gone instantly. My skin feels baby soft this morning

Wow. I would stay non dairy for a week and then add back in the cheeses, one cheese at a time each week to see if they bother you. Then slowly add in the rest of the stuff. I am with you on the no cook meals, they are all about the cheese.
