Hi. I’ve been fasting OMAD 4-5 times a week for months and slowly reducing my carb intake. Only over the past few weeks have I really stopped craving them and reduced inside the 20g recommended by Keto. I’m hardly ever even hungry anymore.
The past 7 days have been awful. I’ve been nauseous every day, sweating then cold like I have a fever and most recently the diarrhea started. What’s odd is it comes in waves. I’ll have a few hours feeling good … then not so good.
I finally clicked in today that it wasn’t an actual flu and it was likely keto flu. I immediately saw that I needed to balance my electrolytes and mixed 2 tsp with water and drank that. I take a magnesium supplement 200mg daily already.
What else do I need to do to make this stop? I’m exhausted but the idea of eating makes me feel very sick.
