So I posted a video of Dr Berry explaining the benefits of 12 - 16 hr IF and was immediately challenged by one of my contacts. He referred to it as “one mans opinion” - and that research supports lo cal + exercise, called dangerous, unsustainable, and said the body reacts badly to fasting in many ways.
