It’s all been there for months anyway
I cleaned out my refrigerator
Old Mrs. Ford who lived across the street from me, never saw her leave her house, but trick or treated her every year. She always gave out Health bars. They were the absolute worst.
Looking at this post has made me want something sweet!!! Really need to find some good keto dessert recipes… If anyone has any to share…
I will soon. I’m going to make brownies soon.
I made them before for a pot luck and they were great.
Just gotta test new recipe to see how they come out.
I lost my old recipe.
Let me know how they turn out!! I have been following this WOE for about three weeks now, give it take, but haven’t tried any “dessert” type recipes yet. Honestly the past few days are the first I have even craved anything sweet, surprisingly!!!
Those look yummy! I’m about to clean out my fridge and cupboards, too.
Complete newbie here, with just a few small questions:
-
I’m now looking at the nutritional info label on all my foods. I’m surprised to see carbs in some things, that have NO added sugar/cornsyrup/fructose/etc. For example, I have a jar of marinated artichoke hearts in oil. It says 8g carbs, 4g fibre, 1g sugar. So 4g net carbs (right!??). But, seriously, the ingredient list is so plain, where are the carbs coming from? Is this the “incidental” carbs that I hear about on the podcast, and so is ok to eat?
-
is there a list of good/ok/bad foods? I’m thinking like a green/yellow/red, so I can quickly look at the list and know if I should toss it, or keep it?
Thanks for any help!

So, are artichokes “ok” veggies to eat? Or should be avoided like carrots and the like?
I love fresh artichokes and eat one every 2-3 weeks with lots of homemade mayo! Count the carbs but they’re great.
