So I was doing so good!! Got my blood monitor was doing really good… have not cheated but I did have a few drinks… 0 calorie 0 carb mixer with vodka during the football game on saturday…
so today I am up 2 pounds!
Why does this happen? Is it the alcohol? Not enough leafy greens? I did slack on my veggies, maybe too much meat, cheat, pork rinds and cream cheese at the football party?
