Hi. So I am a 19 year old male. 5’10 and I weigh 73kg. I am looking to lose weight so I am doing the 16:8 fasting thingy. Now, my questions are as follows:
- When I am allowed to eat, what can I eat? I was thinking eggs, fruit salad and normal salad with lettuce, tomatoes, feta, apple cider vinegar, and onion ? What other foods do I have to eat? Is the choice of food that I am choosing too fatty or what?
- My feeding time is 2pm to 10pm. Is that fine? I go to bed at 1am, so when I wake up I just have to wait 3 hours before I eat?
- I usually smoke weed every night before sleep. Any chance weed will help me lose fat faster? Since it increases metabolism? I don’t get the munchies if I dont have food in site, so I won’t be eating everything in my fridge lol.
Sorry about all these questions. I am new to this as I said and I am not really sure on how it all works. Kinda stressful as I still wanna stay healthy and not skip on important nutrients or foods.
Also, how much weight would I roughly be losing every month? I know that the margin can be large depending on many different variables. But if anyone knows someone or can share their experiences with fasting at 73kg, I would really appreciate it!
