Also, Sweetleaf makes flavoreed drops sweetened with stevia. I add them to plain seltzer water for flavor. I particularly like the english toffee flavor.

Zivia sodas are handy. I rarely drink them, but they are pretty good

Water is actually really good, but sometimes you need a strategy to get it down.
I take 24 ounce of water as the first thing after rising from bed in the morning, before brushing the teeth or doing anything.
I make a big 24 ounce bottle of iced water and sip through the morning and another to sip through the afternoon. I work in an office so it just sits there on the table and says DRINK ME!
Earlier I was really bad at drinking water, but now it is just like brushing my teeth or washing my hands. It feels strange if I don’t do it. And right before lunch or before leaving the office I simply down whatever I haven’t sipped yet. Bottoms Up!

I have tried some of those - taste WAY sweeter than other diet brands - but maybe I haven’t hit a good flavor yet.

Unsweetened iced tea was my favorite drink pre-keto and it still is now. I was never a soda person.

*this is when I go out. I drink water all day every day. Always have. It’s a habit at this point.

Just drink to thirst. No need to force down water - that’s how your electrolytes become imbalanced.

I have found lemon water to be good with sunkist water enhancer orange peach flavor and then I find I drink more if its hot.
My husband and I drink a lot of lemon water.
recipe. 2 cups lemon juice ( we like the costco brand) and 1 rounded teaspoon of stevia and 2 gallons water. Note: Not all stevia tastes good. Try a taste test of the dry powder on your finger. If it has a bitter aftertaste forget it. We like NuStevia by NuNaturals. www.nunaturals.com

We just got a soda stream to make our own sparkling water. Love it. A teaspoon of lemon or lime juice and it’s perfect. La Croix was getting expensive.

We get the kombucha that has the lowest sugar, less than 5 g, and drink it infrequently like 2x/wk. Tastes great after exercise. Love it.

Also drink a lot of unsweetened coconut milk, coffee, tea. And a daily shot of apple cider vinegar.

For endurance exercise we put together Mark Sisson’s drink: coconut milk, chia, molasses, and honey. The chia seeds add an interesting lumpy texture that’s fun to eat. This is reserved for during long endurance runs.

Just started drinking club soda with a couple of dashes of bitters. No sweeter and no caffeine.

Yum! You just inspired me to mix a zevia ginger root beer, 1/4 cup of hwp, 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut almond milk and a shot of leftover coffee in a recycled coconut oil jar…sipped through a pretty orange straw…ahhhh!

Would never have thought of that-thanks!
