Hungry hippo

Completed a 24-hour fast yesterday at 5pm but felt kind of crappy towards the end and then VERY hungry throughout the entire evening, even to the point where I went to bed early because I just couldn’t eat any longer. This was after I had prosciutto, olives, cheddar cheese, steak, peppers (sautéed with butter), onions, and then eggs over a 3-hour period to try to get to satiety. This is not normal for me after eating keto for about 2 months now. And still hungry again all day today (feasting day). Any thoughts?

More steak. Lean will fill you up faster than fat. You’ll get to the point where you can look at the rest of your steak and just have zero appetite for it.
