Happy Friday!
I am on my third week of Keto and hunger and cravings are gone. That’s a good thing but weird for me. Before I could eat four slices of pizza, chips, cookies and drink soda all in one sitting… Crazy! Now that I am eating healthy, I eat less. I really get full fast!! I’m really learning how to eat again and portion control. I also believe eliminating diet soda has made a difference.
