I purchased a single 50 lb. pack of frozen ground beef and realized I can’t cut through it with a serrated knife and I only want to cook like 1 lb. at a time while leaving the rest in the freezer. What is the easiest way to get this large piece into 50 smaller pieces?

If you’re not willing to thaw and refreeze, about the only thing I can think of is a bandsaw or hacksaw. A butcher might be able to do that.

Electric knife or go and get a meat/butcher saw. Any restaurant supply place will have them.
