This is not about a guacamole recipe. No matter what you use in it, here is my way of keeping it fresh for several days.
To avoid wasting time in the morning, I prepare them in the evening and cover them with a layer of sour cream. Then seal with food wrap film and store in the fridge. Next day at work I have it for lunch and it tastes like it’s just been made.
