Just saw an interview with Dr. Fung and if I got it right, was that being omad (might depend how long) that your metabolism doesn’t drop like people that are eating multiple times a day. Has to do with having a lower insulin level. Saw it YouTube didn’t catch the name of it. So it might not have dropped as much as you think
