Pretty new to me. It’s a Ketons urine test until I get the blood test kit.
I’m at the middle there, where it says 0.4 on top and 4 at the bottom.
How should I be reading this test?

That you are producing ketones.
At what level? Depends on how well hydrated you are at the time of the test.

I was fairly well hydrated. But I was also about 2 hours after a workout.
What is the “correct” number to read, 0.4,4 or 40?

That’s me when I wake up in the morning. As I have so much excess ketones since I’m sleeping and not doing anything.
You’re producing and that’s good, now adapting is next.

Mine says 40but that’s because I’m American and we measure things differently.

These sticks are fun when you get started but unreliable as you become adapted. I would only use them in the short term. If you want to measure after that, switch to blood ketone meters or the breath Ketonix.
