How much MCT oil should I be consuming?

Started Keto on 1/25. Not real sure what I think about it.

I’m still eating one meal per day as I have been most of my life.

3 cups of coffee per day (now with Sweetleaf Stevia as opposed to Splenda).

Taking my supplements (Centrum, fish oil, zinc, vitamin C).

Net carbs are way under 20.

Example meal, salmon in butter, lemon, with cauliflower with cheddar cheese.

Began using Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil. 1 tablespoon in the am.

Read that you should try and get to 3 tablespoons per day. So, I have been taking it once in the am and then once after my meal.

Drinking plenty of water. Have not had any diet soda or anything. Exercising, etc.

The question is, other than not seeing any real results, is how much MCT oil should one consume in a day.

There’s no requirement to ingest MCT oil. I don’t use it (or anything else coconut related).

You can use it as a fuel, it’s supposed to be great for brain function and clarity. I don’t know how old or why you are doing keto but that might be something that you want. It’s easy food for quick ketones.

I was using a tablespoon in my coffee but stopped to see if I can break a stall.
