If it fits in your macros, it’s fine.

My palate says, “Any cauly… that’s too much.”

100g of cauliflower is around 3g of carbs. That’s probably about a cup but it’s hard to measure cauliflower in cups.

100g is about what I would think of as a serving. I’m sure some people thing that’s big and some people think that’s small.

I like mashed cauliflower once in a while but wouldn’t eat it every day. Yup, lots of butter, cream cheese, sour cream, salt pepper, garlic… It still tastes like cauliflower but it’s a good flavor to me.

The carb count is low enough in the amounts I eat that I don’t really bother to keep track. But that’s just me.

that all depends on you and your goals. The only way to really know if you’re eating “too much” is to see how much you’re eating (weigh or measure), and see if it fits within your goals. Or, if you don’t track goals and you just listen to your body, see if you notice a pattern where your weight is stalling or your stomach is getting upset. I had to cut out cauliflower because I realized for my body, I was eating too much (I couldn’t limit to the 1/2 cup or whatever) and it was just racking up a bunch of carbs… and it’s a FODMAP food that upsets my stomach if I eat too much so now I just avoid it.

Note that there is research that shows the glucose response of almost all foods pulverized is higher than the native food. This is especially true for carbs and veggies. This was reported again this weekend at #LowCarbDenver. I don’t have time right now to look up the topic and find the references.
