I do 17 - 20 hour fasting most days (I was never one to eat breakfast or snack so this didn’t even seem like fasting to me), and I try to mix it up with a day or two on the weekends, when more social things are happening, of a small breakfast, then lunch and dinner.
I did try a 48 hour fast recently. It wasn’t too hard. I wanted to see what it was like. I was curious. I am meeting all my goals without extended fasting but it seems all the rage so I had to dip my toe in the water and try it.
