Yes I drink two keto aids a day plus added to foods … I was actually beginning to think I have too might because I lost three pounds and now somehow gained 5 since adding more sodium.
I’m way below 20 carbs and very moderate protein so it could only be that I assume

Ok. Forget about your first question. The first thing you need to address is this.

V likely you need more salt and electrolytes. Eat lots of salt. Search for ketoade in these forums and make some and drink some and then some more.

Have you tested your blood pressure? Light headedness can come from low BP.

Also, don’t undereat. If you are cutting calories, don’t. Keto is not about cutting calories.

You may simply be suffering from keto flu.

So, main message. You are asking the wrong question. Worry about using up sugar when you are feeling fine. For now, worry about how not to be light headed!!
