Okay - three days might not seem like much, but… Solved the problem. I was not eating enough. I am making sure I have three meals a day, and have had the best three days of my life on keto. Also added celery swimming in sour cream. Here is the odd thing. For the first time consistently, I am showing purple on the pee sticks. Last eight weeks maybe pink a couple of times . I know that shows wasted ketones, and I know people say trace is good enough, but it seems like my body is finally getting the nourishment, and extra fat it needs, and is starting the process in earnest!
How does this day of eating look?

This is not a high carb diet that has lots of excess bulk to expel. The fat is being burned up for fuel, the protein is used in production and muscle composition, so there is minimal wasted substances to excrete. I remember when I switched my dogs over to higher quality food and the yardwork was cut in half.

Its not really odd its expected, I would be willing to bet you will loose weight tomorrow or the day after if you eat like that for the next few days. Also would be willing to bet you hit purple in the next week. You have the fat burning machinery well oil and speeding up.

Yeah, so I basically now realize the last eight weeks were keto with training wheels! But hey, we all have to start somewhere!
