How bad a blow out is 10% / 77g of carbs on Keto?

I’ve been Keto for about 2-3 months now and have been doing OMAD of late as well.

Last night at a family dinner where it was a lot of base carbs. I had about 50-60g of mash potato’s with some stroganoff and two decently large spoons of rice and some curry.

I did some back of napkin math and my end carbs is around what I would’ve gotten from two cans of coke (normal for me back then) and I’m back to OMAD Keto today but what are your thoughts and experiences?

Some people stay in Ketosis at 77 g a day

If you’ve been keto for a while, you probably won’t notice anything at all. Doubtful you came close to getting kicked out.

The occasional overage can pretty much be ignored for most. Just don’t let the occasional become the normal everyday. :slight_smile:

Get a quick workout in and you’ll likely not notice much of a difference at all.

Workout is out of the question for this week. Injuries.

40g carbs last night.

I’ll aim for back to 20 tonight. I’m OMAD atm.
