I’ve been Keto for about 2-3 months now and have been doing OMAD of late as well.
Last night at a family dinner where it was a lot of base carbs. I had about 50-60g of mash potato’s with some stroganoff and two decently large spoons of rice and some curry.
I did some back of napkin math and my end carbs is around what I would’ve gotten from two cans of coke (normal for me back then) and I’m back to OMAD Keto today but what are your thoughts and experiences?
