The don’t post their recipe, but they say the masa substitute is a mix of coconut flour and flax meal.

A new food project when I get home from traveling!
I’m sure there’s more but isn’t it amazing that any food ideas you think are original can be googled and you’ll find at least a dozen recipes. Even with crazy ingredient combinations. There’s no such thing as original thought or ideas about food.

It’s worth a try. There are a lot of keto substitutions that don’t sound like they will taste right until you try them.

I just saw a post where someone used it to make tortillas for tacos.
