Southern Living is hardly a scientific source, but the tl; dr is that a 30 minute soak in 104°F bath may haven’t better anti inflammatory glucose-lowering effects than a 30 minute walk. Also something something calories but meh … calories.

I love my nightly soak. It is my pre-bedtime ritual.
