Can anyone give me some wisdom on how to keep progressing with weught loss while settling into a complete new hormone regimen? I started Keto in Dec 2017 began my hormone therapy in March 2018. I am not gaining any longer but am not really losing much either. Can anyone relate? My hubby is doing great and is thinner and feels better than he ever has but Im still not gaining much traction.

the classical answer you will get is one of two

you either have high insulin resistance preventing
your body from accessing the fat store.

or your metabolism is low for some reason

one way to motivate the metabolism is
feast&fast approach.

Ok well at least I am on the right track. I am only eating 2 meals per day moat of the time. Could you give more detail on the “feast” portion? Also what length of fast are you referring to? My normal longest time is 8 hrs as I have been eating bkfst and supper. Would you recommend switching that up for a longer time btwn meals?

Thank you for your wisdom.

there are many people here more qualified to give usefull feed back
but I will tell you what my experiance.

my weight loss stalled for long time.

when I went almost zero carb mainly cream, cheese
and butter fat meat for one day. The following day I
was very busy. I did not eat nothing except coffee.

I was amazed to see that I lost about 500 grams.

Initially I thought could be water or something. but I
repeated feast and fast . One day all you can eat the
following day I fast to sunset.

I think this shakes my metabolism or something.

Unfortunatly I was not able to last on zero carb. I have
to get up around 30 grams where the weight loss seezed

I do not have lots of weight to lose any way.

I was suspecious about feast and fast but it is obvious
it is true in my case

good luck and I am sure your body will respond if you
keep trying and exploring.
