I have been sitting around 220 for about 6 weeks now and decided to double down on tracking macros. Following some others and decided to lower my protein a bit and really make sure i’m hammering my fats. Not too stressed about fasting, I am eating fat when I am hungry and feeling great.
Weighed in today, mid day after a meal and everything and was at 215.8. Hopefully this is a sign to come, based on the way I feel I think that having a keto coffee or something a little fattening when i’m hungry might be what my body wants at the moment.
Really focusing on keeping my carbs under 20 at all costs and using fat for my energy and its great. Has anyone else out there had similar results with their plateau as mine? I’m going to continue the trend and see how far it takes me!
Btw it is used a lot on here but KCKO has so been my mantra for the last few months. I love it!
