Hiked to the top of the mountain

Finally after 2 months I was able to make it to the peak of the mountain by my house. I went up to the top and around the mountain for a 3+ mile walk. The rain came through and cooled the temps down so it was less hard on the body. Located in Phoenix.

I hike in mountains here too and NEVER would do it without driving up the hill to park at the trailhead. Now I just walk up there! :grinning:

It’s a great feeling, isn’t it? Lucky for me, it’s only a half or so mile walk to the trails.
