Higher than 20g carbs if you’re doing heavy exercise?

Alas, I don’t do ketone readings… I don’t see the point, and I am not sure they help much. For me, “being in ketosis” is irrelevant. Burning fat is what I want to do, and if I have eaten keto I know I am doing that! Hence ketone readings are just expensive fluff (IMHO).

No my reasoning behind that suggestion is to find out what your carb tolerance would be, you asked if going higher than 20g carbs was ok.

Seeing as 20g is just an arbitrary value, there’s no reason why you couldn’t go higher and still be in ketosis.
